  6. The easiest way to order GDS is to call us and use your VISA or MasterCard:

  10. The enhanced version of GDS costs $39.95 plus shipping, handling and CA state
  11. sales tax (if you are in California)  With your order, you are immediately
  12. elligible for a 10%% discount on Picture Factory(tm), a CD-ROM containing 2,659
  13. full color graphics for presentation, advertising, newsletters, flyers and
  14. multimedia applications.  If you want more information about Picture Factory,
  15. see the section below.

  17. To order GDS via mail or FAX, first make sure your printer is configured
  18. correctly, and choose "Print GDS Order Form" in the "Help" menu.  This option
  19. immediately pops up a small window:

  25. If you have a Hewlett Packard LaserJet II, III, 4, or compatible printer,
  26. press 'H'.  If you have ANY OTHER PRINTER, press 'S'.  You can cancel the
  27. printout by pressing any other key.

  29. Once you have completely filled out the form, you can get the speediest
  30. service by FAXing it to:

  55. on one CD-ROM disc, and contains 2,659 photographs -- ready to use for just

  59. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to use Picture Factory.  It comes with
  60. Photodex's trademarked ClickSearch(tm) browser, which is incredibly easy to
  61. use.  Just type in what you are looking for, and Picture Factory instantly
  62. responds by showing all of the relevant pictures in the database!

  64. And it's smart, too!  The ClickSearch browser makes searching a snap.  You no
  65. longer have to fight the software to find what you're after!  Just type it in,
  66. and ClickSearch analyzes the entire language to find pictures for you.  After
  67. using ClickSearch for just a few minutes, you'll agree that the search engine
  68. is a very powerful tool indeed.

  70. Pictures all fit roughly within a 640x480 frame.  These pictures are not
  71. suitable for very high-end advertising purposes, but are fantastic for quick
  72. jobs which will be 4x5" or smaller.  Using the pictures larger still looks
  73. great, but is not going to be photographic quality at that size.

  75. NOTE:  Picture Factory is a proprietary, high performance image delivery
  76. system, and is not designed to be compatible with GDS.  All images are stored
  77. in a special format, which no general purpose viewer (including GDS) can read.
  78. However, any pictures exported from the DOS version of Picture Factory can be
  79. used by GDS and other software immediately.
